This is the final version of the digital translation of rocamiadesign's fabulous UF fractal "Twisted Perception" that I did for the SoJie 13 Workshop on RedBubble. I was so glad that Kathleen agreed to let me translate her art!

Here is her original:


The translation consists of a combination of two Apophysis fractals merged with artistic effects as the background and then I created 3D objects using either PhotoShop CS5 or PhotoPlus X4. I used the original image as the fill for some of the 3D objects.

I had a lot of fun working on this and it was something entirely new for me and totally out of my comfort zone. So, I hope you enjoy this.
