Here is a vibrant and colorful fractal "poinsettia" created in UltraFractal. I tweaked some wonderful params for Whispy by :iconpinkal09: I'd like to thank Vicky for her generosity in sharing them with the fractal community. They are really wonderful params!

Aw, thank you, Helen! And I, too, miss those simpler days on years gone by. I used to enjoy riding around with my parents, looking at all the Christmas decorations and then we would go home and have hot chocolate by the fire and play Christmas carols on the record player (I still remember the days before stereo). It was a warm and loving time and it seems these days we have lost sight of the simple things that make Christmas special. Now, if you go ride around for lights, it will cost you money for gas, and then you might see 1 out of 3-4 houses that are decorated. Oh, for the good old days...

Speaking of record players, when I was in kindergarten (1990-1991), our teacher would play records during our nap time and then for some games like musical chairs. And also, they're not playing any Christmas songs on the radio nor they are playing it in stores. It's really getting to me. No one's cheery any more.

Sad, but true! We can try to stay cheery, but there seems to be so much sadness, anger and suffering all around, it's tough to stay upbeat and positive. But, I will give it my best shot this Christmas, which is my first Christmas since my Mom died. So, it will be a bit strange, but I know she's in a better place. At least, I certainly hope she is. Along with my Dad, who died in 1999.
