This is my entry into the Apo Challenge 76 - Pushing the Envelope being held by . Boy, was this one a doozie. I don't know if I'll ever be able to create a decent flame using only "flat" transforms. This was about as good as I could get.

Here are the rules of the Challenge:

Pushing the Envelope
You know how I always get excited for the monthly Pushing the Envelope challenge. This week I'm even more excited than ever before!

I really can't wait to see what we come up with this week's challenge.

The rules are simple. You can use as many transforms as you need. Each and every transform must be "flat". See the reference pictures linked below. You can move the transforms anywhere. Resize them, and whatnot, but they must remain flat.

[link] You'll notice that in the two images, one the transform was flattened by changing the X co-ordinate to 0 and the other Y was changed from 1 to 0.

That's what we have to work with. Move them, rotate 'em. Keep them flat! I have a feeling this could lead to some very cool ideas and images.

Well, maybe, but I'm not sure this is what he had in mind.
