Found this old flame lurking in my Walls of Design parameter file. It looked all the world to me as though it was a bunch of snails over a very hot fire. Yum!! I love escargot!

 It´s really.... I don´t know, how to say what I feel, when I am looking on it. Maybe... magic?
 I see what you mean, however I could not eat them. I like to watch them in the garden. They are quite fascinating.

I don't know if they're snails without shells or if they're just slugs who never had shells. I know one thing: they can put a serious hurt on a garden!
But I do love them with a little garlic butter and some hot bread to dip in the sauce. I stopped eating Garlic about 2 years ago.Apparently if eaten raw it is a poison. I never knew until I watched a scientific film about it. Then a really good friend of mine who is from India told me her family don't eat it there because it is a poison.
We are all told how good it is for us, I used to eat it in everything, and take the capsules... Strange things... -- RozX Don't let pretensions and negativity restrict your creativity. Gosh, I hope my husband never hears that. He eats garlic raw all the time. (I don't much care for it raw). I don't think I've ever heard anything about it being poison. I'm not sure we could give it up. We use it in everything we cook, practically. That would be a real blow.

In the first world war they coated the bullets with garlic and if they target didn't die of the shot they died of the garlic poison in the blood stream.

 I am one of those people that the idea of something keeps me from eating it. There are some things I just can't imagine eating, like tongue. Can you imagine eating something that could taste you back?  There is a whole list of stuff I wouldn't try and rattlesnake meat is one of those, however, I would eat rattlesnake meat before I would eat octopus or shark or sweetbreads.
