My husband told me to stick with my bright colors because I suck at monochromes, such as this. But, I kinda like this. What do you think? Should I stick with my bright colors and leave the monochromes to other artists?
This is another of those TIAs I did based on the ripping good tutorial by (Rick) which was easy to follow and creates some amazing images.
Thanks so much for sharing, Rick!

color is (can be) very good choice, same as monochrome! being photographer for 30 years, b/w was my 1st love (way back in the analogy times). later, as i started shooting onto slides, i learned that color brings also much fun & mystery, so i cherished this flirting bias until recently, say some 15 years ago, when my temporary professional occupation included much digital manipulation of both monochrome and color images. slowly, an affair emerged between color & me, at the same time maintaining the relationship with my first love. (maybe some day i'll open a retro-folder here, on da as well...) even more recently, as i started photographing again (after a lengthy pause) i finally married them both, and with the fresh introduction of fractalart, our triangle still lives in purrfect harmony!... yes, i agree, you should play with them both!... ;-}
Thank you so much, Gerda! I'm so pleased you liked it! My husband thinks I ought to stay away from monochromes and stick with the plenty o' color thing. But, I like to change things up once in awhile.
Thank you very much, Isa! I'm so delighted you liked it. I don't often do monochrome fractals and my husband thinks I should keep it that way. But, I thought it made a nice change from my normal "explosion in a paint factory" colors.

I love monochromes, I make them now and then, not too often, but sometimes a fractal doesn't need colour!!
