This is a UF fractal that's a tweak of some parameters that were sent to me by :iconleichenengel: (Rike) in a little mini-pong. I have sent her the params of this one and I'm patiently waiting for her tweak of these. It's nice to be able to get back to fractaling again. This is based on the wonderful TIA tutorial done by :iconfractalholic:. Thanks, so much, Rick. Rike is loving it, too!!

Rose, my sweet friend! What a wonderful thing to say! I'm so glad you use my gradients and I'm so pleased you like the bright colors! I really don't know if I can even do a monochrome or pastel image without trying very hard to tone down the colors. Then they look washed out to me. I think lighting becomes very important in pastels and monos. It helps give the depth and contrast, but I need to learn a little more to be able to pull it off well. My lighting techniques are pretty rudimentary and, since lighting can make or break an image, I must improve on them.

I have not had time to reply to the amazing comment you left on my journal about my recent health issues, but I can't thank you enough for the valuable and useful information you provided and I can't imagine what it must be like for you just to do the normal daily things we all take for granted. I am amazed at what you accomplish and that your attitude is so upbeat. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Rose. You give me inspiration and I really thank you for that. Take care, my friend.

I've run across a Deviant Artist whose ID is Thelma1 and she uses a program called Fraxplorer which has pastel colors that make me DROOL! I sent her a note asking where I could get the program but I never heard back. If you don't know her yet take a look at her stuff. I think you'll like some of it.

Thank you, Coco, my friend! I am having fun with Rike on a mini-PONG with this style. I would love to find some more ways to get even more out of it. I have another set of params from Rike to tweak. I will see what I can do with it.

Thanks, Rike! I saw your AC and added a thumb of it to my AC on this image. I have gotten your next tweak and I will try to work on it today and send you the params and upload. Things here are a bit slow now that school is out and I should have some time.
