Want to Make a Deal, Dearie?

I love the TV show "Once Upon A Time", which airs here in the US on ABC. It has a really fine cast and a unique story line, involving two parallel universes, one where all the characters are fairy tale characters living in their magical fairyland, and the other one takes place in contemporary times, in a town called Storybrooke, where the same characters reside, with some semblance to their fairytale selves. If you haven't seen it and are a fan of magic and mystery, check it out. One of my favorite characters from the show is Rumpelstiltkin (as he is known in Fairyland) and Mr. Gold (as he is known in STorybrooke). The character is played by the phenomenal actor, Robert Carlyle, who you may remember from "The Full Monty", "Trainspotting", "The World is Not Enough" (he played the bad guy who couldn't feel pain), "Eragon", "28 Weeks Later" and quite a few others. He was also on the TV show Stargate Universe, which I never have seen, but I think I'll check it out now. His performance on OUAT is nuanced and powerful and I enjoy watching this show to see what he'll get up to next.
