This is a tweak of the wonderful image Gnarlicious 02da by Eveline Berkman. She posted this on the Facebook page of the UltraFractal group. Here's the link to the image and the params. [link]
The title arose because this reminded me of the wildfires that have been devastating homes and businesses and lives in Colorado and Oklahoma of late. Also, this took 4 hours to render. That's one of the longest renders I've ever had in UF.
Made in UltraFractal 5 and postwork done in PhotoPlus.

Thank you very much! Gnarls are like that, with their weird twists. And when you have layers of them overlaid, they create even more interesting elements. I'm delighted you enjoyed this and I really appreciate the lovely comment!
Fabulous tweak!! I loved it and had to it immediately! I think you nailed the title, too! I'm so glad you had fun with these params. Of course, it's hard not to have fun with gnarls!
Thank you so much for the lovely comment! I'm glad you liked the colors. I tend to use a lot of colors in my work. Not everyone likes highly colored images, but c'est la vie!!
