Wolfepaw Christmas 2013 Gradient Pack by wolfepaw Wolfepaw Christmas 2013 Gradient Pack by wolfepaw
Created for the Great Gradient Pack Challenge being held by
:iconfractal-resources:.  Here's the link to the journal article about
it: fractal-resources.deviantart.c…

This is a gradient pack with gradients created in Apophysis using the Smooth
Palette function and then using some of my own fractals to generate the
gradient.  I then used IDeviant's wonderful utility for creating an
image in Excel and then copying the resulting data into an HTML editor
to generate the image seen above of all the gradients and their names.
It's a handy little utility and I find I use it whenever I do a gradient
pack.

I hope you enjoy this Christmas gradient selection!

You are more than welcome!!  I love making gradients.  Most of my work is made with one of my own gradients.  I use my images to make most of them.  Some I make in ApoMap.

Thank you!  Which tutorial are you talking about?  I might be able to help.  It's not difficult, if you're used to working in Apo, the tools are all right there.  It's just a matter of saving the different gradients into one ugr file.  You can use "Smooth Palette" to create new gradients using images and then save those gradients to a ugr file (gradient pack file).  Let me know if you'd like me to help.

it was on a website, and it said you could click "save gradient" but I haven't got "save gradient" in my Apo

If you right-click in the color bar of the gradient in the Gradient window, you should get an option to save the gradient.  Then you just have to give the main file (.ugr) a name.  That is on the upper line of the Save dialog box.  Here is the top line of my gradient dialog box:

C:\Documents and Settings\Peggi\My Documents\Ultra Fractal 5\Gradients\Wolfepaw Grads 3.ugr

Then on the bottom line of the dialog, you would give that particular gradient a name.  Then that gradient would save along with the other gradients in the Wolfepaw Grads 3.ugr gradient pack.

I hope this helps.

So, you got it to work?  That's great!  If you need any more help with anything, let me know.  If I can't help, I can probably find someone who can.
